Born in Burundi in 1968. She currently lives in France.Expert in the management of autism and associated disorders.She holds the DU Autism and associated disorders: Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in France.And has taken the necessary training in behavioral analysis (ABA) with Autisme Basse Normandie.She is Founder and President of the Rwanda Autism Center (NGO) which she created in 2014.

In Kigali, she trained the candidate trainers in the psychological and educational care of autistic people from 2010 until 2013 as part of MIDA des Grands Lacs (Migration for Development in Africa) organized by Minafet and Belgian cooperation . – She returns to conferences on Autism. – She has spent 15 years working with autistic people in France (in Angers, Gap and in Caen).
Over 9 Years supporting children and youth with autism spectrum disorders
Autisme Rwanda has a track record of supporting children and youth with autism spectrum disorders and raising awareness in the local environment to promote a concrete, positive, and innovative approach throughout Rwanda. Under the leadership of Rosine D. Kamagaju, the Centre was established in 2014 and currently houses 63 children who were born with autism spectrum disorder called autism. These children range from 3 to 15 years old.
